Jenkins "It appears that your reverse proxy set up is broken" in Manage Jenkins page

After setting up https and forwarding http to https, an issue came up where the Manage Jenkins screen stated that "It appears that your reverse proxy set up is broken". It turns out the Manage Jenkins->Configure System->Jenkins Location->Jenkins URL needed to be updated from http to https.
